Lori D. Reynolds, Of Counsel at Antonelli Kantor Rivera PC, has a broad-based practice providing advice to individuals, corporate entities and municipalities on a wide range of civil litigation issues.
Ms. Reynolds has over twenty years of experience as a general litigator representing clients on matters involving civil rights, contracts, shareholder/member disputes, real estate, personal injury, insurance, property tax appeals, estate disputes, professional liability and energy law. Ms. Reynolds has litigated cases in State and Federal Courts, Tax Court, and Bankruptcy Court. She has also appeared before the New York and New Jersey Appellate Divisions, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Noteworthy issues she has litigated include New Jersey Sheriffs’ entitlement to statutory commissions when real property is sold by a trustee and/or debtor in a Bankruptcy Court proceeding, municipality’s right to sell property not utilized for a public purpose, and enforcement of contractual default remedies involving commercial real estate purchases. Ms. Reynolds also has general corporate experience having been general counsel to a company providing finance and payroll services to the film and television industry.
Ms. Reynolds received her undergraduate degree, with Honors, from the State University of New York at Albany and graduated from Brooklyn Law School where she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society.
