Elizabeth Dash is a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor team, where her practice focuses on Municipal Law, and Employment and Labor Law on behalf of public entities throughout New Jersey. She represents boards of education, municipalities, and other public employers in traditional labor and employment matters, including workplace investigations, employee discipline, and day-to-day personnel issues.
Ms. Dash earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2024. During law school, she participated in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition and served as a Clinical Law Student in the Center for Social Justice Immigration Clinic.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dash clerked for the Honorable Naazneen B. Khan, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage, Criminal Division. Ms. Dash has also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Joseph G. Monaghan, J.S.C., and interned with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office.
Ms. Dash received her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Political Science and her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Communication and Digital Media Studies from Florida State University.
