Damilola Onifade is an Associate with the Labor and Employment team.

Prior to joining the firm, Damilola served as a Staff Attorney in the Public Benefits Unit at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services, where she represented clients in administrative proceedings involving Social Security Disability (SSI/SSDI), Medicaid, and unemployment insurance. She regularly appeared before Administrative Law Judges in the Office of Administrative Law and developed extensive experience handling complex medical and benefits-related claims.

Damilola earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Newark, where she was a published member of the Rutgers Business Law Journal. She received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
