Edward Keast is an Associate member of the firm’s litigation team, where he assists in representing municipalities in primarily tort and Fair Share Housing matters. Edward earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2025, where he was selected as an editor for the Rutgers International Law and Human Rights Journal. He also served as an inaugural member of the Rutgers Mediation Clinic, working pro bono to help settle landlord-tenant cases, contract disputes, and various tort claims. During law school, He first became interested in municipal law while serving as an intern for Mark Fierro, Esq., Municipal Prosecutor for seven municipalities in Bergen County. Edward enjoys municipal practice for its blend of litigation and public service and values the opportunity to work closely with local officials to help municipalities navigate complex legal issues that directly affect their communities.
Prior to joining Antonelli Kantor Rivera PC, Edward gained professional experience as a customer experience manager at a startup, where he developed strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills that he now applies to his legal practice. His background includes managing complex issues, working directly with diverse stakeholders, and resolving disputes in high-pressure environments, all of which inform his approach to litigation and client advocacy. Edward brings a practical, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset to representing municipalities, with an emphasis on clear communication and the effective resolution of legal matters.
