Lawrence M. Teijido

Lawrence’s practice is focused on all aspects of public and private labor employment law, ranging from representing employers in disciplinary hearings, grievance arbitrations, labor negotiations, discrimination lawsuits, and appeals. He provides counseling to public and private employers on matters relating to compliance with State and Federal laws governing employment, employe benefits, and unionized workforces. Lawrence also conducts workplace harassment investigations, prepares and counsels clients on their employee handbooks and employment policies, and conducts employee/supervisor training sessions related to compliance with Federal and State legislation.
Lawrence received his B.A. in Psychology from Florida State University in 2016. Afterwards, he earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2019. Following his graduation, Lawrence served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Gregg A. Padovano in the Bergen County Superior Court, Civil Division.
