Gregory D. Emond has wide ranging litigation experience representing clients on matters involving business/commercial, property, contracts, wills and estates as well as representation of municipal entities.

Mr. Emond has appeared in the State Superior and Appellate Courts and as well as Federal District Courts and Federal Courts of Appeal in both New Jersey and New York.  Mr. Emond also has broad experience providing advice to individuals as well as corporate and public entities across a range of civil litigation.
