Yulieika Tamayo’s practice focuses on General Litigation, Municipal Law, Commercial Law, and Contract Law, representing businesses, public entities, and individuals in both the State and Federal Courts. Ms. Tamayo also advises clients, both public and private, on a variety of matters including Tort Claims pursuant to N.J.S.A. 59:1-1, et seq., CEPA claims, LAD claims, breach of contract claims, and other litigated matters. Ms. Tamayo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Political Science from Rutgers University in 2008. She went on to earn a Masters of Arts in Political Science also from Rutgers University in 2010 and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark, in 2013.
Prior to joining Antonelli Kantor, P.C., Ms. Tamayo was an associate at a northern New Jersey firm where she focused on litigation in both Federal and State Courts. While in Law School, Ms. Tamayo had the privilege of being a Clinical Law Student at the Rutgers Urban Legal Clinic and interning for the Honorable Ned M. Rosenberg, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County-Civil Division.
